Char Dham Yatra involves travel to high-altitude Himalayan regions, including Kedarnath, Badrinath, Yamunotri, and Gangotri.

By booking this tour, you acknowledge and accept the following:

1. High-Altitude Travel Risk

• Some destinations are located above 3,000 meters (10,000+ ft).

• Travelers may experience altitude-related symptoms such as:

  • Breathlessness

  • Headache

  • Nausea

  • Dizziness

  • Fatigue

Individuals with heart disease, asthma, high blood pressure, or other serious medical conditions should consult a doctor before booking.

2. Fitness Responsibility

Each traveler is responsible for:

• Ensuring they are medically fit for high-altitude travel

• Carrying required personal medications

• Informing us of serious pre-existing medical conditions

Param Yatra is not responsible for medical emergencies arising due to undisclosed conditions.

3. Emergency Situations

• Basic first-aid support may be available.

• Medical facilities in remote Himalayan areas may be limited.

• Evacuation (including helicopter evacuation) may involve additional cost payable by the traveler.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance.

4. Senior Citizens & Children

• Senior citizens above 65 years should travel only after medical clearance.

• Parents are fully responsible for the safety of minors.

5. Personal Responsibility Clause

By participating in the tour, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with high-altitude travel.
