• Refund timelines depend on banking/payment gateway processing.

• No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services.

• Medical fitness for high-altitude travel (especially Char Dham Yatra)

Param Yatra is not responsible for denied entry due to lack of documentation.

4. Itinerary Changes

• Itineraries may change due to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.

• We reserve the right to modify routes, hotels, or schedules in the interest of safety.

• No compensation shall be provided for itinerary changes due to force majeure events.

5. Force Majeure

Param Yatra shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by:

• Natural disasters

• Landslides, floods, snowfall

• Government restrictions

• Political disturbances

• Pandemic-related regulations

• Any event beyond reasonable control

6. Limitation of Liability

Param Yatra acts as a travel organizer and facilitator. We are not liable for:

• Injury, illness, or loss during travel

• Actions of third-party service providers (hotels, transport, guides)

• Personal belongings lost or stolen during the trip

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
